Nepalese parliament to meet at Everest Base Camp

Nepal’s Prime Minister and other cabinet ministers will meet at Mr. Everest Base camp later this month to draw attention to threats to this mountainous nation due to climate change. As well, they hope to bring their message of concern to leaders attending the Copenhagen Climate Conference. And in case you were wondering, yes, last week we told you about a Maldives government meeting held under the sea to draw attention to the disastrous consequences of climate change on this pristine island nation.
