Forward on Climate, What happens Next?

50,000 strong, marching in the streets of Washington, 10’s of thousands more marching in their own communities and millions who understand and feel that it is time for national action on climate change.

Moms, dads, grandparents, uncles, aunts, kids….all have spoken and been heard loud and clear. What happens next is up to President Obama.

We have been told through “state department sources” that a decision on the Keystone XL pipeline isn’t likely until later in the Spring…So, we will keep the pressure on, and continue to help others understand that we need to move beyond fossil fuels to clean, renewable energy. Building a fuse to a carbon time bomb in Northern Alberta should clearly NOT be part of the plan!

Yours,

Climate Mama
